Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to influence the work environment and individual characteristics of the pilot's motivation and the influence of the work environment on individual characteristics and motivation on the pilot's job satisfaction at Lion Air Airlines. The design of this research is quantitative, is the relationship of causality between variables. The study was conducted on Lion Air Airlines. Data collection techniques used questionnaires to 177 Lion Air Airlines pilots. Data were analyzed by data analysis technique Structure Equation Modeling with AMOS program. The results showed that the direct effects of work environment variables on motivation were significant. This means that the better the working environment, the higher the pilot's work motivation. The direct effects of individual variable variables on motivation are significant. This means that the better the individual characteristics of the pilot, the higher the pilot's work motivation. The direct effects of work environment variables on pilot job satisfaction are significant. This means that the better the working environment the higher the job satisfaction of the pilot. The direct effects of individual variable variables on pilot job satisfaction are significant. This means that the better the individual characteristics of the pilot, the higher the pilot's job satisfaction. The direct effects of motivational variables on pilot job satisfaction are significant. This means that the higher the work motivation of the pilot, the higher the pilot's job satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTRemuneration / compensation is a means to motivate the performance of human resources to achieve organizational goals. Medical staff specialists as government employees and JKN implementations implementing the INA CBG system for payment of patient claims, provide a challenge in determining remuneration models for medical specialist staff at Sanglah Hospital. To find remuneration models of medical specialist staff that can be implemented, this study uses qualitative design, with in-depth interviews of informants from management staff as policy makers and specialist medical staff as users. There are two components of remuneration that are expected to meet eligibility and fairness in remuneration of medical specialist staff who assess the position and reward for performance. Awards for medical staff specialist positions using FES (Factor Evaluation System). Factors of work experience based on length of service should be added as consideration in the assessment of medical staff specialist positions. The rewards for performance are differentiated into rewards for quantity, quality, and work behavior. The performance of quantity awards is determined by using the activity as an indicator by considering the weight between activities and between groups of specialized medical staff. Quality and behavioral assessments use measurable and applicable indicators both established by the organization and government

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of cultural transformation, total quality management, employee productive behavior on employee performance and corporate image. The design of this research is quantitative, is the relationship of causality between variables. Research conducted at PT. Bali Regional Development Bank. Data collection techniques used questionnaires to 123 employees. Data were analyzed by data analysis technique Structure Equation Modeling with AMOS program. The results show that the direct influence of cultural transformation, total quality management and employee productive behavior on employee performance is significant positive. This means that the better the cultural transformation, the total quality management and employee productive behavior, the higher the employee's performance. In addition there is also a positive and significant influence between cultural transformation, total quality management, employee productive behavior and employee performance of corporate image. Employee performance changes influenced by 52.5% by cultural transformation variables, total quality management and employee productive behavior. While the change of corporate image is affected by 80.1% by cultural transformation, total quality management, employee productive behavior and employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research studies about taxpayers compliance level both corporate and institutional taxpayers with an annual gross turnover below IDR 4.8 billion following the Government Regulation No 46 Year 2013 with 1% tax rate on gross turnover in Gianyar Small Taxpayers Office, and efforts which must be undertook by Gianyar Small Taxpayers Office to elevate tax compliance and to obtain potential taxpayers to register for tax identification number (NPWP).Population used in this research are institutional and individual taxpayers registered in Gianyar Small Taxpayers Office and tax officers including Account Representatives and Chief of Monitoring and Consulting Section. Data collecting perfomed by profound interview method. Participants determined by purposive sampling technique and the validity of analysis result verification by data triangulation. The results of this research show that taxpayers violation is contributed by five factors, which are, Taxpayers awareness, tax officers service quality, perception on tax administration effectivity, tax simplicity, and tax penalties. Efforts executed by Gianyar Small Taxpayers Office in escalating taxpayers compliance include decreasing tax rate, prevalent socialization in all over the place regarding methods of tax reporting and payment, performing excellent service, imposing administration charge equitably for all taxpayers, and alternate solutions availability for technology illiterate taxpayers.Efforts should be made for obtaining new Taxpayers are sweeping to strategic business location, data searching through internet or third parties and socialization to encompass unregistered Taxpayers. Policy and theoretical implication in this study have given empirical evidence over factors causing taxpayers incompliance, efforts needed to be done to elevate compliance and to obtain new unregistered Taxpayers so that it can give contribution to DGT to increase taxpayers compliance in completing their tax obligation. For future research, it is expected to use measurement other than Planned of Behavior theory used in this study, for instance, atribution theory, and the others so that comparation can be done for more extensive and accurate results.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBali Royal Hospital is one of the hospitals that is currently developing medical tourism which is a program that combines health services and tourism. IVF service becomes one of the service options included in medical tourism. With the latest facilities and professional human resources, Bali Royal Hospital is very optimistic in developing baby tube service as one of the medical tourism program. The research conducted at Bali Royal Hospital aims to: (1) analyze IVF service marketing strategy at Bali Royal Hospital, (2) to identify the challenges and constraints faced in the effort to market the IVF service. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques i.e. observation, interview and document study. Technique of examination and testing of data validity using triangulation of source and triangulation technique. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion and verification.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know the role and implementation of information technology in the process of financial management and preparation of financial statements in Bawaslu Province Bali. The informant in this research is the treasurer and financial management staff in Bawaslu Bali Province and treasurer and management staff at Panwaslu Singaraja, Klungkung and Denpasar. Technic data collection used is interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role and implementation of technology is very easy and effective in the process of management and preparation of financial statements in Bali Province Bawaslu but can not be denied that the HR also affects the running of the financial management process to accountable, transparent and accountable financial statements.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the perception of leader at the manager level of PT. Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia-Balinusa against retention strategies implemented in improving employee engagement. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation method. The data validity check is done by triangulation technique including triangulation of source and triangulation method and also combined with member check. The process of data analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or data verification. There are eleven (11) strategies undertaken PT. Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia-Balinusa in an effective employee retention program to increase employee engagement and prevent high-quality, high-performance talent or human resources from leaving the company. The strategies are (1) brand ambassador; (2) career opportunities; (3) leadership; (4) company values; (5) communication pattern; (6) employer brand; (7) employee empowerment; (8) my leader; (9) recognition; (10) safety; and (11) employee wellbeing.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research undertaken at the Special Crime Investigation Directorate of Bali Regional Police aims to analyze the appropriate strategic management applied in the Special Crime Investigation Directorate in order to realize the security of the country. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method with data collection technique that is observation, interview and document study. Technique of examination and testing of data validity using triangulation of source and triangulation technique. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion and verification. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the appropriate strategic management applied in the Special Crime Investigation Directorate is the improvement of professional, proportional and accountable police human resources in conducting special investigation and investigation of crime, supported by knowledge about law and legislation as well as information technology based capability and skill. The development of INP's human resources must be transparent and accountable with clear reward and punishment mechanisms, so that INP personnel can be realized that is professional, independent and reliable. Operational improvement, supported by a dynamic budgeting system following the development of security and public order is performance-based budgeting and supporting infrastructure, with information technology-based, to achieve maximum results to achieve strive for excellence to the community in order to realize national security.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is aimed to examine the impact of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, to organizational culture and employee performance in Mulia Farma Group so later this research can be used to increase Mulia Farma Group employee performances. This research has been conducted in Mulia farma Group. The location is in Singaraja and 56 employees are taken as responden. Questionaire was used as a tool in data collection method. Data analysis techniques in this research are path analysis.  This research gets some important conclusion. Firstly, all hypothesis were proved to be significant. Secondly, all of variables intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence spiritual intelligence, organizational culture has positive and significant impact on employee performance. Thirdly, the emotional intelligence has the greatest impact compare with other independent variables. The research implication is intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, organizational culture played as important role in developing employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study analyzes the model and process ofbusiness development that has been advanced so that information users can know how to manage a business. The purpose of this research is to know the model of entrepreneurship development and entrepreneurship development process at Pandawa Beach Desa Adat Kutuh. This research is done by deep interview method and the type ofresearch used is qualitative. In this research, the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. Informants in this research are Bendesa Adat Kutuh, Kepala Desa Adat Kutuh, and Pandawa Beach Manager. The results showed that 1) The model of entrepreneurship development conducted at Pandawa Beach Kutuh Custom Village based on the concept of togetherness.  The concept of togetherness is what is meant by society, by society and for society.  2) The development process makes Kutuh people more creative and more observant to see the opportunities available to open a new business.  Development process is divided into development stages consisting of innovation process, trigger process, implementation process, and growth process.
